Short to long term overnight stay at the Mökki. Any dog welcome. Same day booking possible depending on availability.

Pick-up & Drop off
Taxi service between your home and the Mökki in our spacious, adapted, air-conditioned vehicle.
Refer to the zones on the map to see the price in euro of a pick-up & drop off in your area.
Please advise that the prices cover both the pick-up and the drop off; if you only need one or the other, the price is halved.
The price being established solely on the cost of fuel, it remains the same from one to four dogs.
For this same reason, if we are also picking up or dropping off another dog in your area on the same day, we will contact you to offer a price reduction on the service.
Dog walking
Pirkanmaa (Tampere, Orivesi, Kuhmoinen, Nokia, Pirkkala, Lempäälä, Vesilahti, Akaa, Urjala) & Kanta-Häme: 20 euros
Pirkanmaa (Pälkäne, Valkeakoski, Kangasala): 15 euros
- 1 hour walk in your area under the care of a professional, experienced dog handler.
- Walking harness, leads, walking belt.
- Treats, water.
- Unlimited supply of praise and cuddles.
- Additional hour – 10€.
- Additional 2 hours – 20€.
Behavioural consultation
Assessment, advice and support for common behavioural issues.
At this point in time, all consultations are provided in English only, while we are working on our Finnish skills. We thank you for your patience.
Please note that this service is essentially a support network for owners facing difficulties with their dog who need guidance to put in the work themselves; we are here to offer advice based on our years of experience working with all kinds of dogs, as well as encouragements and ideas on how to deal with the issues without further traumatising your beloved dog. We do not offer a quick-fix training service or a training boot camp.
Package 60-120 minutes initial meeting and assessment in person in your area + 2×60 minutes follow-up sessions: 150 euros

Package 60-120 minutes initial meeting and assessment in person at the Mökki + 2×60 minutes follow-up sessions: 110 euros
- 1-2 hours meeting in person with a professional, experienced dog handler to discuss the issues met and assess the problematic behaviours.
- After the meeting, the handler will prepare a training plan which contains specific training advice, tools and resources relevant to the issue.
- 1×60 minutes session to discuss and explain the content of the training plan + practice.
- 1×60 minutes session to follow-up + practice the training plan, modify it if necessary and answer questions.
- On hand support via Whatsapp/text in between sessions if needed.
- Additional 3 sessions package if requested by the client for a 10% price reduction.
Future owner consultation
Whether it is your first dog, or you are looking to expend your family and want to put all the odds on your side for a smooth transition, we are here to offer an honest assessment, advice, and follow-up support to prepare for the arrival of a new shelter/rescue dog.
At this point in time, all consultations are provided in English only, while we are working on our Finnish skills. We thank you for your patience.
Please note that this service is essentially a support network and an opportunity to get professional answers for possible future owners of a rescue/shelter dog. We do not provide advice regarding the acquisition of puppies from breeders.
Consultation for adoption package: 120€
- 1 hour meeting in person with a professional, experienced dog handler to discuss the project, the environment, the wishes, and ask any question you might have about dog ownership (there are no stupid questions, no judgement, and we promise to answer as truthfully as possible).
- After the meeting, the handler will compile a resource document which contains relevant training advice, tools and information specific to the situation.
- If the future owner wishes, we will be available online to discuss links and documentation on possible places of adoption, and provide support and counseling on possible adoptees.
- If the future owner wishes, we will also be available in person for the first meeting between the new dog and the family and/or between the new dog and the other pets in the household, to facilitate the first interaction.
- 3×30 minutes online sessions in the first 3 weeks post-adoption to follow-up on the arrival of the new dog, discuss any issues encountered, and provide training advice if needed.
- Additional follow-up online (4×25 minutes) – 50€.
Any Friend of Clyde’s (is a friend of mine) program
Our dog Clyde loves everybody, regardless of who you are, where you are from, and the current state of your bank account. We understand that dog ownership is expensive and services like ours, however necessary, sometimes fall in the category of luxury.
For this reason, we offer price reductions and/or free services in some special situations. Thanks to our system of open vouchers, we occasionally have generous clients who decide to pay for a service and let someone else use it, for example by buying three nights at the dog hotel when their fluff are only staying with us for two. We personally try to provide price reductions in some cases whenever possible, if we have the space.
So, if you could do with a bit of a financial break but find yourself in need of some form of dog sitting (for example to go to a job interview, or to look after your new baby for a few days without your pup getting in the way, or to look after them while you mend a broken leg); why not try to send us an email and tell us what you need and when, and make sure to mention ‘’I am a friend of Clyde’’ next to your name? If we can help, we will.
This program is entirely based on trust, we don’t need to know the how or the why, but for this reason, and because we only have very limited places, we ask of everyone using the program to be mindful and not abuse it. If you can afford our normal rates, please do, this is how we are able to sustain this program in the first place!
Jani’s Retirement Club program
Jani, like Clyde and others, is a rescue dog. Over the years, we have worked with many rescues, and have learnt that countless abandoned pets are still very loved by their owners and are only finding themselves in dog shelters because their elderly owners move in a nursing home facility that does not allow pets, or simply cannot look after them physically anymore, and their family are not able to welcome a dog in their life at that time.
We want to help these dogs and their owners maintain their relationship and avoid abandonments at all costs.
For this reason, we offer special rates for long-term boarding at our facility for these special situations.
In other words, you leave the walks and the feeding and the day to day (and night) to us, but your pet stays your pet. You can come visit at the Mökki, or we can organise for us to come to you, so that you and your best friend can catch up regularly.

VOUCHERS
All our vouchers come with a card in the recipient’s name and a dog picture, and a personal
message can be added if you wish.
We offer vouchers for gifts to friends and family. The voucher can either be made for a
specific service with open dates to be decided by the recipient (subject to our availabilities)
or set to a specific amount for the recipient to choose the service as well as the dates.
OPEN VOUCHERS
An open voucher is essentially a gift to a stranger. You can select the service you would like
to make the voucher for, and we will keep it preciously aside until someone who needs it
comes to us. We usually reserve these for people in need of an emergency short term
boarding solution who are unable to afford the service at that time.
